    1How Much Does Tomato Copywriting Cost?

    Initial term contract length starts at 3 months.
    Each month we deliver 4 articles (1 for each week),
    at a rate of $124.50 per article.

    We bill monthly, at $498 per.

    Longer term options unlock discounts.

    6 month term:
    Each month we deliver 4 articles, at a rate of $112.50 per article.

    12 month term:

    Larger quantities of content can be negotiated.

    2How Can I Be Sure That You Write What I Want?

    The easy onboarding process entails a live 15 minute interview where we discuss and determine your: Expectations, Audience, Topics, Keywords, Goals, Traffic/Lead Baseline, and the Competition. With this knowledge, we can ensure that we are writing articles about the topics you prefer. We are also able to know who to target with your content, and what your starting point is in terms of traffic and Google placement.

    We're available to schedule a free, monthly, 15-minute, live appointment check-in where we look for Feedback, New Topics, Goal Confirmation, Keyword Confirmation, and Traffic Analysis. Our service also provides regular new article ideas and topics to consider (in an effort to save you from stressing over new content ideas).

    3How Long Before You Publish Articles To My Site?
    Typically the first batch of incredible articles are published/delivered within 20 days of onboarding. First, we meet discuss your target audience, target market, SEO goals, and target topics. From there we do research to generate as many as 12 initial blog article topics. We get your approval on these topics and then start researching and writing the first batch articles. Finished articles are then reviewed by an editor, SEO'd, polished, and published/scheduled on your website.
    4What is The Delivery Schedule?

    Delivery commitment: Your first batch of 4 articles will be delivered in full within 3 weeks of the initial onboarding interview. All subsequent articles will be scheduled to publish weekly. Clients are notified 48 hours before a new batch of articles is schedule to publish.

    All 4 (or more) approved articles will be scheduled to publish weekly, and automatically to your WordPress website(s) on the same day of the week, at the same time (e.g. Mondays at 6:15AM PST).

    Delivery and posting schedule is subject to change by the client, or Tomato Copywriting due to any acceptable conflict (e.g. National Holidays, Planned Scheduled Pausing).

    Tomato Copywriting reserves the right to back-date articles to ensure your consistent posting schedule.

    5What If I Don't Like An Article You Wrote?

    All articles are written from approved (or suggested) topics. After delivering your article(s) you are expected to review them before their scheduled publish date/time. If you require changes, or are not happy with the draft, we include up to 2 full revisions at no extra charge.

    1How Do You Do Your Research?

    After our interview with you, we will know the keywords, topics, and goals that you have for our project. From there we employ a number of tactics to generate relevant topics.

    For example:
    We audit the competition that is currently performing well in Google. We examine your Google Search Console Insights. We explore topic trend ideas with tools like buzzsumo.com and SEMRush. We leverage Artificial Intelligence tools that scour the internet for suggested topics. We even get content ideas from Google search suggestions (start typing and Google offers suggestions based on your input). We're constantly looking for new ways to get unique, interesting, and useful topics.

    2How Do You Do The SEO?

    Each article will have an approved series of Keywords/Phrases for which we will focus your content. All our copywriters have a solid understanding of SEO copywriting techniques to ensure your articles are composed and coded with Google in mind. We take into consideration an SEO rich title, and meta description, internal and outbound linking, keyphrase distribution and frequency, as well as featured image tags and optimization.

    3How Do I Know It's Unique Content?

    We run each article draft through a plagiarism checker (copyscape.com) to ensure your content is unique. You are free to examine the content as well.

    4How Do You Do Your Quality Assurance?

    We are a writing collaboration. Every article we create is reviewed by multiple people to ensure its worthiness. We also run each article draft through a spell checker, word counter, grammar checker, and phrasing checker. When needed, we also fact check any specific claims made in an article.

    5Is There Money Back Guarantee?

    Not at this time. We are happy to fully revise (at no extra charge) any article we've written for you up to 2 times after delivery. This should ensure your happiness and satisfaction with each article we deliver. Additionally, each topic is approved by the client before we start researching and writing so there are no surprises when it comes to the subject matter.
